Key responsibilities:
  • Search for and attract new clients; maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct negotiations and business communications
  • Hold on-site meetings and product presentations at client locations (business trips across regions)
  • Prepare and present commercial offers; conclude contracts
  • Monitor contract fulfillment and accounts receivable
  • Oversee all stages of the sales process

Requirements:
  • Completed higher education

Tender specialist

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate relevant tenders on specialized platforms across Russia and the CIS
  • Search for new platforms and handle accreditation procedures
  • Analyze tender documentation for compliance between required documents/technical specifications and the company’s product range and documentation
  • Collect and prepare full documentation packages for tenders
  • Ensure fast and effective communication between the customer and internal departments
  • Set up and configure workstations for working with digital signatures (EDS) and electronic trading platforms
Requirements:
  • Experience working with tender search systems
  • High speed in processing and analyzing information
  • Familiarity with major B2B tender platforms (e.g., Sibur, Gazprom, Lukoil, etc.)
  • Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling documents
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Design engineer for equipment and technologies

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform strength calculations
  • Design pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air-cooled units (ACUs), tank equipment, modular separators, and modular heat exchangers
  • Develop complete technical documentation, including general assemblies, specifications, detailed and assembly drawings, welding and loading schemes, passports, and accompanying documentation
  • Prepare defect reports and working drawings for repair equipment
  • Compile routing sheets to determine equipment cost and production timelines
  • Collaborate with related departments
  • Coordinate drawings for oversized and heavy-duty equipment
  • Design and prepare documentation (component drawings and models) for units, mechanisms, and systems within standard product lines for food processing equipment
  • Develop design documentation packages
  • Create nesting layouts for cutting sheet metal
  • Coordinate technical solutions with customers and provide support to production departments
  • Perform technical and structural strength calculations
Requirements:

Procurement Manager for the Foreign Trade Department with english proficiency

Key responsibilities:
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers in Russia, China, and Europe
  • Plan and manage procurement activities
  • Analyze and manage product assortment; develop and maintain the procurement matrix
  • Ensure fulfillment of key performance indicators (deadlines, profitability)
