- Completed higher education
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Persistence and ability to reach decision-makers
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of components and equipment
- Experience in selling pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air-cooled units (ACU), tank equipment, modular separators and heat exchangers is a strong advantage
- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Proficiency in written and spoken business communication
- Confident user of 1C, MS Office, and general computer tools
- Strong motivation to achieve high financial results
