Saddle

Saddle fittings are used to create an additional branch from an existing pipeline without the need to cut or dismantle it. They are installed on the outside of the pipe, providing a hermetic connection to the new line. Saddle fittings are especially convenient for installation work on operational pipeline sections, as they allow quick arrangement of a branch or an additional access point to the working medium with minimal interference in the functioning system.

In the SalesSolution catalog — pipe saddles for tapping, welding, and pipeline installation. Purchase pipe saddles from the manufacturer at competitive prices with delivery to the destination point. Pipe saddles are used to create branch connections from a pipeline without stopping the flow, which is especially important at facilities in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries where equipment downtime is unacceptable. The design allows tapping under pressure while maintaining the tightness and strength of the connection. Manufacturing materials include structural boiler and pipeline steels as well as stainless austenitic grades with high resistance to temperature and chemical loads. Depending on project requirements, options are available for welding or mechanical fastening. The products are manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3 for pipeline systems, ensuring reliability, durability, and compliance with industrial requirements.
